Most AI tools are sold as software and left for the customer to figure out. I do the opposite. I sit inside the operation, scope the workflow that hurts most, and ship a custom agent that runs it. Then I stay close as it grows.

My background is a mix of finance and engineering. I am a CFA charterholder and FRM, and I have spent the last decade leading data and AI at lenders, fintechs, and a top-five Canadian bank. I have built billion-dollar risk models, enterprise data warehouses, and machine learning systems running in production. Most recently, I was VP and Head of Data & Analytics at a lender doing more than a billion dollars a year.

Oren AI is what happens when I take that playbook and ship it to the small and mid-sized businesses that cannot afford an in-house tech, AI, and operations team of their own. I run the company from Montreal, Canada.

Every AI tool I looked at wanted to charge per seat or per feature tier. None of them matched the way SMBs actually buy: they want a working thing, inside their stack, that they can grow with.

So I flipped the model. Oren AI is a flat $450 per month platform that hosts whatever we build, with per-agent custom builds priced one time and a simple per-action usage charge when those agents actually run. There are no tiers, no per-seat fees, and no surprise renewals.

The platform is deliberately cheap. The real value is the agent I build for your operation and the time I spend keeping it sharp.

Every engagement starts with a 30-minute call. I learn the workflow, you see how I think, and we leave the call with a scoped agent and a fixed build price.

From there, I build in days to weeks, ship the agent into your stack, and stay close after launch to tune it. The first agent earns its keep before we talk about a second, and most clients end up stacking three or four agents over the first year as they see what works.
